I have to say not what it used to be. How can you order a tuna roll with no fresh tuna! Bye Bye Fugu Tei!

Love their sushi, but the only downfall is they don't open for lunch 😢😢

It's been over an hour and a half and i have somewhere to be and I still don't have my food, people who came after me got food already, but I've been here before and the food is good. Kids love the presentation of the food.

Tried it out since it's close to where I live, but was extremely unimpressed. I'm no sushi expert, but it didnt take much to know it wasnt fresh. Veggie spring rolls were SUPER mushy and sushi tasted far from good. Will not be returning

Best fresh sushi in town at reasonable prices. Cozy atmosphere but service can be a little slow when busy but its worth the wait.

First time there and was so good.

I've had very good sushi. I rate Fugu excellent because it's quality without breaking the bank. They also serve noodle and katsudon. No hibachi, but you don't miss it. Variety of vegetarian options, or they can improvise to make you happy. Try the deep fried green tea ice cream. Love at first bite.

Food is great however service is lacking today

Best spicy tuna salad I've ever eaten. Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff and good selections. One of my favorite go-to's.

Best Cali and Rainbo Rolls in Martin County. They even plate your TO GO Orders with Respect in their food. If you like Sushi, then I know you are already eating yours here. If you haven't tried it, Do.

Great sushi with new rolls I've never seen anywhere else. Yes, they have some of the "traditional" ones-Rainbow, Spider, California. But we had a Stuart roll, a Golden Spider roll, and a Jaws roll. Prices were but average for sushi. The floor space is small but not cramped. We will be back 👍

food good service slow

New owners, beware. Not near as good. 1/2 star at best. Mr. Tim come back please.Service was ehh and food did not come out together. Very poor table service and food was way off, cutting many corners, even the rice was a downgrade. Will not go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible restaurant....avoid at all possible cost. New owner is rude and has no problem serving you bad food. We told her the food was awful and she just ignored us and charged us for rotten fish. It used to be a great sushi place until this new owner took over. Time to get this awful place out of our great community.

I would recommend this little sushi joint for takeout rather than sit-down. Flavors were decent but service was on the slow side- They forgot the steak sticks appetizer we ordered, made the wrong sushi roll for us, and brought my wife's soup out ten minutes later than mine so we basically ended up sharing both soups so we could both eat hot soup at the same time. Heads-up that the spicy mayo has some kind of added sugar, which seemed odd to me but perhaps others like it that way. Might be OK for takeout :)

Been going to this place for years food is always fresh and reasonable.

This is the finest, most fresh, excellent tasting sushi restaurant. I have even been to. It is a must go to...enjoy!!

Fugu Tei is a great little sushi joint with my absolute FAVORITE sushi roll in the world. The Stuart Beach Roll is delicious (all though they should go back to pecans instead of peanuts on though). Worth a visit

Thjs plavr has the best sushi fresh and just amazing one of my favorite spots quiet anf relaxing the service is amazing everyone is so nice there the Mexican roll is my favorite but I also love the temperature calamari is so good you have to try this place if you live in Stuart and love sushi

This place still serves good sushi even under new management. However, there service needs some help. They don't have updated menus as I tried to order something that's been off the menu for months. Also, their soup isn't what it used to be.

Small portions. Expensive. No savings for lunch specials.

This has been our favorite sushi place in Stuart for 20 years. The best onion soup in the area with fantastic preparation of their dishes makes this place worth going back to, year after year.Try the Yegaki sake.... Really good stuff and one of the few restaurants that carry it.

Came here for the sushi, stayed here over an hour after I ordered. Sushi was good but the fact that people coming in after me were getting served, left an incredible feeling of unfairness in me that affected my view of the food. However, what really bugged me was how unaffected the staff was about it, as if they're used to it and couldn't care less. Best to come here for just take out.

Delicious, fresh, fish served for dinner. I ordered a fish platter that was just perfect and my wife ordered scallops that were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Our new "go to" sushi restaurant in Stuart.

New owner is positively rude and very ignorant about Stuart diners. The food was atrocious. The salmon was brown, avacodo black, and owner refused to take off the bill. She said " social media is fake" when I told her I would be reviewing her restarant. If you don't want bad, and I mean bad food stay away. Not worth the trip, unless you like food poisoning.
